The company has been at the forefront of developing new vaccines and medicines for many years. Its work on the covid vaccine is just the latest example of its commitment to improving global health.
The original requirement was for 30-40,000 sq ft but fortunately we were able to convince the Tenant that the unit could still fulfil their requirement, given the volume of space available due to the 9m height to eaves and the added benefit to the Tenant of paying rent only on the footprint.
Our client is now turning their attention to the recently acquired adjacent site, where we plan to develop 20+ industrial and hybrid units from only 1,500 sq ft. Graham S Hall Chartered Surveyors and Connect Property North East will again act as Joint Sole Agents.
